Only if you replace it with polyunsaturated fat, you'll get a reduction in heart disease risk. So try to have a balanced diet. -

Contains MSG!
Monosodium Glutamate is used as a flavor enhancer with an umami taste that intensifies the meaty, savory flavor of food.
