    chicken breast- grilled/ chopped, smoked pulled pork, smoked beef sausage- grilled, crushed tomatoes, whole kernel canned corn- drained, rotel original diced tomatoes w/ green chilies, vidalia onions-diced, green pepper- diced, salt, black pepper, approx. 1/2 tsp. of the following, thyme , oregano, ground cumin, ground mustard, cayenne pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper, & chili powder, bay leaves, chicken stock, liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, texas pete, grill chicken and sausage on a grill pan, reserve juice for the stew. i usually add all of the above ingredients with exception of the pulled pork. my pork will be smoking and i will add the pork before serving. cook on low approx. 6 hrs. in a crock-pot. if using a dutch oven, heat to boil then simmer for at least 2 hrs.
