tempeh (found at my local meijers), rotel diced tomatoes with mild green chilies (you can use other tomatoes), onion, taco seasoning (i m using lysander s authentic fajita seasoning i don tsp use the whole pack about half), canola oil, taco shells (you can use any kind... does not matter), cheese (optional)

whole wheat spiral pasta or 1/2 lb other spiral-shaped pasta, tempeh, cubed, vegetable broth , plus, vegetable broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic clove, pressed, fennel seed, red pepper flakes (to taste), dried oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic cloves, sliced thinly, broccoli rabe , tough stems trimmed, chopped coarsely (1/2-3/4 lb), white wine or 2 -3 tbsp water or 2 -3 tbsp vegetable broth, red wine vinegar or 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, salt & freshly ground black pepper
