squid, cleaned ,reserving tentacles and wings, shrimp, peeled and deveined, onions, divided, garlic, divided, red pepper, divided, green pepper, divided, tomato sauce, divided, squid ink, olive oil, divided ,approximate, chopped parsley, white wine, breadcrumbs , to taste, flour, salt
