cartons low fat french vanilla yogurt, light mayonnaise, honey, shredded colby cheese (reduced fat is fine ), diced apples, unpeeled, seedless grapes, halved, fresh strawberries, halved, fresh whole blueberries, chopped walnuts or pecans

red jell-o (strawberry, raspberry, cranberry), orange , un peeled (preferably organic), apples, approx. 2 medium (diced ), walnuts, chopped (pecans also ok), boiling water, crushed pineapple in juice (refrigerated ), water, cold, raw cranberries (about 1 bag if you find a fresh 1), sugar (i only add 1/3 a cup)
