bread , of choice i used italian and rye, thick sliced bacon , fried crisp, swiss cheese, crumbled stilton cheese, sliced turkey breast, leftover, cooked, leftover prepared stuffing (i used a mushroom stuffing ), leftover sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard , to taste, wasabi-horseradish mayonnaise , to taste, three cheese ranch dressing , to taste, salt and pepper, hot sauce, to taste (i used jump up and smack your mom, my original sauce.)

baby spinach leaves, roasted sunflower seeds , salted, crumbled good quality blue cheese (such as gorgonzola or stilton), sweet apple, cut into 1/4 inch dice (no need to peel), chopped fresh chives, roasted garlic vinaigrette dressing (i use tsp. marzetti s refrigerated brand, but your favorite will do. just be sure there s some garlic), fresh ground black pepper
