baby spinach leaves, roasted sunflower seeds , salted, crumbled good quality blue cheese (such as gorgonzola or stilton), sweet apple, cut into 1/4 inch dice (no need to peel), chopped fresh chives, roasted garlic vinaigrette dressing (i use tsp. marzetti s refrigerated brand, but your favorite will do. just be sure there s some garlic), fresh ground black pepper

triple-washed spinach, handfuls pecan halves, vegetable oil, a few pinches sugar, a few pinches salt, olive oil, sherry vinegar, shallots, minced, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, gorgonzola, crumbled (about 2 oz)
