dried split peas, cooking brown rice, uncooked, alphabet pasta, pearl barley, dried lentils, dried onion flakes, water, garlic salt, carrots, sliced, celery ribs, sliced, shredded cabbage, tomato sauce, vegetable juice (regular or spicy ), ground beef, browned and drained
