44 potato watercress soup Recipes

butter, onion, chopped, broccoli, cut into stalks and florets, potato, quartered, vegetable stock, cream, lemon juiice, worcestershire sauce, few drops of tabasco sauce, mature cheddar cheese, grated (i like to add at least 250g), salt and pepper to taste, watercress sprigs to garnish (i like to use chilli flakes)

dried white kidney beans or 1 1/2 cups navy beans, olive oil, garlic, finely chopped, onion, finely chopped, hot red pepper flakes, vegetable stock (or chicken stock), potato, peeled and diced, pasta or 1/2 cup rice or 1/2 cup couscous, pepper, salt, tomatoes, chopped and drained, chopped fresh arugula or 1/2 cup watercress, chopped fresh chives or 2 tbsp green onions, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh parsley, garlic, minced, pepper, salt

herbs (chervil, watercress, spinach, sorrel, dandelion and scarlet pimpernel, choose three), butter, onion, chopped, water or 1 quart vegetable stock, potato, peeled and chopped in to small cubes, salt , to taste, black pepper , to taste, crouton (optional)
