diced potatoes ,boiled until tender,drained and cooled,divided, vegetable oil, butter, diced yellow onion, green bell pepper,stemmed,seeded,diced, leftover turkey meat (white,dark or a mix of both), fresh parsley ,choped, fesh thyme,chopped, salt and pepper

ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb ground chicken, browned (i prefer lean turkey), chopped onion , sauted with the meat, mixed vegetables (or 1 can cut greenbeans with juice and 1 can whole kernel corn with juice), diced tomatoes (i prefer hunt s with spices already in it for more flavor), tomato sauce (i prefer hunt s with spices already in it for more flavor), elbow macaroni (or dice 1 extra large potatoe or 2 medium potatoes instead of noodles), water (i use 1 of the empty veg. cans), salt and pepper (i prefer the grinder kind of sea and black pepper or mixed pepper)
