kosher salt, lime , zest only, sugar, fresh lime juice, margarita mix (i like sauza), triple sec, tequila (i like cuervo or sauza)

tomatoes (about 2 standard pint baskets), beefsteak tomato (about 2 large tomatoes), red onion, quartered, kosher salt, lemons , large, tequila, white, vodka, plain , citron-, pepper-flavored, whatever you ve got, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, fresh ground black pepper, sugar, tabasco sauce (or to taste), margarita dipping salt, for serving (see my recipe for margarita dipping salt)
