fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges), divided, fresh lemon juice, divided, olive oil, divided, salt, chopped fresh oregano, ground cumin, garlic cloves, chopped, pork tenderloins, trimmed, orange and lemon wedges (optional), oregano sprigs (optional)

beef tenderloin or 2 lbs steaks, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, fresh basil, chopped, fresh parsley, chopped, blackening seasoning, salt & pepper

chopped green onions, miso (soybean paste), rice vinegar, honey, lower-sodium soy sauce, dijon mustard, dark sesame oil, beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed

beef tenderloin fillets (can substitute your favorite cut ), kosher salt or 2 tsp sea salt, fresh coarse ground black pepper, chopped fresh parsley, snipped chives, garlic cloves, minced, vodka (doesn tsp have to be top-shelf, but i wouldn tsp use the cheap-o stuff either), dry vermouth, juniper berries (i substitute 1 tbsp gin instead)
