4 kahlua chocolate ball Recipes

semi-sweet chocolate chips (or use white chocolate chips), sugar, light corn syrup, kahlua (or 1/2 cup dark rum), crushed vanilla wafer cookies (measure 2-1/2 cups after crushing, about 10 oz), walnuts, finely chopped, powdered sugar (can use regular sugar for coating also)

oreo cookies (do not use double-stuffed), chopped pecans, light corn syrup, kahlua, powdered sugar, vanilla, chocolate, for dipping (optional)

cream cheese, softened, butter, softened, confectioners sugar, light brown sugar, cocoa, kahlua or amaretto, semisweet chocolate chips -- i used the mini chips, chopped pecans
