chopped toasted pecans, cake flour, salt, baking soda, butter(room temperature ), granulated white sugar, eggs(room temperature ), vanilla extract, pure orange extract, sour cream, extra chopped nuts for garnish, glaze, confectioner sugar, vanilla, orange juice

cream - 1/2 lb(2 sticks) of butter and 1 cup sugar, add - 3 eggs - 1 at a time ; beating well after each addition, beat in 1 cup sour cream, add 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sift the dry ingredients 3 times, blend in 1 tsp fresh lemon juice with 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp almond flavoring., while cake is beating ; prepare the filling, chopped toasted pecans, sugar, cinnamon, grease 8 x 12 inch pan and spread half of the batter(moisten hand with water and spread evenly), sprinkle half of nut mixture filling then spoon on remaining batter and top with nut mixture.
