3 hobo meatball Recipes

hobo stew, polish sausage links ( i used half of a regular smoked sausage package.), italian style meatballs, frozen corn, frozen grilled onions and mushrooms ( i used a small onion,chopped), red potatoes ,cut into bite sized pieces ( i used 3 small russet potatoes diced), baby carrots, bbq sauce ( i used honey bbq), i served it with cornbread. the honey bbq was a little too sweet/rich., i think next time i will use regular bbq sauce or maybe even beef stew seasoning. it was really satisfying and full of veggies., i think if i use beef stew seasoning , i will make rice also
