tomatoes, cut into wedges, zucchini , cut into julienne stripes, cucumber, sliced, sliced black olives, red onion, sliced and seperated into thin rings, feta cheese, cubed, artichoke hearts, quartered with marinade, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper

red wine , burgundy is good, olive oil, peppercorns, crushed, garlic cloves, slivered, salt, oregano, crushed

olive oil (greek is my favourite), dry red wine, all purpose greek seasoning, blend (i use club house)

lemon , juice and zest, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano (can be dried but i prefer fresh), rosemary sprig, stripped and chopped fine, fresh ground black pepper
