lean meat, ground (i used venison, but lamb, beef, chicken or turkey could probably be used), onion, grated, corn bread crumbs, buttermilk, egg, mexican oregano, pasilla pepper, ground (can sub ground poblano, or similar, if desired), hot peppers, diced or chopped (can use canned, if desired, don tsp drain), onion or 2-3 shallots, minced, garlic, minced, enchilada sauce (i used basic ), diced tomatoes(canned is fine , don tsp drain), chicken stock, mexican pasta, sour cream or mexican crema, fresh cilantro, grated cotija, tortillas, lime wedges

chicken broth, mild salsa, sun-dried tomato, snipped into thin strips, cumin, chopped cilantro, lime juice, broken tortilla chips, vacuum-packed corn kernels (go with frozen if you can tsp find the vacuum type), avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped into 1/2 inch dice, shredded monterey jack cheese

onion, chopped, green pepper, chopped, garlic cloves, chopped, oil, rotel tomatoes, beef broth, chicken broth, water (or more , depending on how hot you want it!), tomato juice (i use v-8), ground cumin, chili powder, salt (or to taste), pepper (or to taste), worcestershire sauce (i use lea & perrin s), steak sauce (if i don tsp have on hand, i use allegro marinade), fresh cilantro , chopped (to taste, i have also used about 1 tbsp dried but add that when i saute the onions), chicken breast, cooked and shredded, tortilla chips, grated cheese (i use co-jack)
