4 courgette cherry Recipes

yellow courgette, sliced, green courgette, sliced, tomatoes, halved, garlic cloves, crushed, butter (optional), eggs, beaten, creme fraiche or 3 tbsp sour cream, low-fat milk, self raising flour, grated parmesan cheese, salt, fresh ground black pepper

red onion, garlic (as much as you want!), red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, orange bell pepper, courgette, aubergine, loads cherry tomatoes, olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, good balsamic vinegar, red chile (for a spicy version!) (optional)

whole pepper (i used orange) cubed, whole cherry tomatoes, whole pickling onions halved, whole courgettes (nice young ones ) cur into good size pieces, basmati rice or more if you prefer, soy sauce, sugar (i use soft brown ), garlic powder, ground ginger, whole shallot chopped, sugar, roasted peanuts (shelled) i use 130 g, coconut milk about 150-200 ml, whole lemon (just the juice)
