ears corn (roasted on grill and cut off the ears), green pepper, diced small, grape tomatoes, halved, lg purple onion, diced, balsamic vinegar, orzo pasta, cilantro, walnuts, garlic cloves, parmesan cheese (use the good stuff), salt, pepper, olive oil
