broad/fava beans (or lima...or edamame!), fresh english peas, applewood smoked bacon, chopped, a handful of slivered almonds, toasted, mixture of both pecorino and parmesan cheese, grated, a handful of fresh mint , leaves picked, extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 or 2 lemons, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

butter, onion, finely chopped, potato, finely chopped, broad beans, fresh thyme, chopped (dried will work too if fresh is unavailable), vegetable stock, salt & pepper, fresh parsley (use frozen if unavailable, i wouldn tsp recommend it dried), feta cheese, crumbled, smoked salmon, cut in fine strips
