absolutely amazing and easy pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting, this started from a box of cake mix and a can of, pumpkin that i needed to use, cake, duncan hines (or other ) spice cake mix, eggs (beat slightly), vegetable oil, applesauce, pumpkin, very ripe bananas (mashed ), water, nuts (pecans or wal are best) chopped, mix by hand or with electric mixer (add nuts last and fold in), icing, cream cheese, softened, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, chopped and slightly toasted in microwave, pecans or walnuts

sugar-free instant pudding mix (any flavor ), skim milk, heavy whipping cream

heavy cream, bittersweet chocolate (i use a bag of chocolate chips), cocoa (preferably , but not absolutely, valrhona or cocoa barry extract. supermarket cheap stuff works also), boiling water, vanilla, mayonnaise (i use fat free and it works fine), cake flour (i rarely ever sift as i find that seems to always measure right. i know.. i should), sugar, baking soda, salt
