1. Beat the cream cheese and powder sugar together till fluffy. In another clean bowl, beat the heavy cream and powder sugar till thick and holds its shape. Fold in the cream cheese and sugar mixture till completely combined.
2. Chop the Maltesers in a food processor, chop the chocolate in the same processor and fold into the cream mixture. Spoon into your serving dish and drizzle caramel sauce over it . Decorate with some Maltesers marbles over the mixture.
