  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp agar-agar
  • 1 quart tartar sauce

  • 1 Cook the Cod.
  • 2 Place Tartar Sauce in decorative bowl. Set aside.
  • 3 Add fish stock, agar agar and Cod to blender and hit liquefy . Continue to liquefy for 5 minutes, then finish off with whip .
  • 4 Pour your Cod Foam onto the reserved decorative bowl of Tartar Sauce and serve immediately garnished with dried parsley.
