  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 Mix lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, pepper and cajun seasoning. Marinate on salmon for at least one hour.
  • 2 Mix sour cream, mustard, mayonaise, and grated parmesan cheese in small bowl.
  • 3 After marinating salmon, cover with sour cream mixture.
  • 4 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 5 Place in a greased baking dish.
  • 6 Season with salt and pepper.
  • 7 Bake 20 minutes per inch of thickness of fish
  • 8 When just done, sprinkle with cheese.
