Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the first 7 dry ingredients.
  3. Mix together and make a well in the middle of the mixture.
  4. Then in a separate bowl mix together bananas, apple sauce, and eggs (make sure the bananas are really mixed well, not big lumps).
  5. Pour the banana mixture into the well in the dry mixture.
  6. Hand mix everything together until completely combined.
  7. Melt butter.
  8. Then add in brown sugar.
  9. Stir and pour in the oats and peanuts.
  10. Mix together.
  11. Make sure that the crumble is really coated in the sugar and butter, if not add a little more of each, making it just right.
  12. Grease the muffin tins with butter.
  13. Place batter in each muffin tin a little more than half way.
  14. Sprinkle with a generous tablespoon of crumble; press gently into batter so the topping will stick.
  15. Bake for around 20-25 min or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  16. Let cool for about 10 min then - EAT!
