Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo or 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted oleo

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all main recipe ingredients together with a mixer. Pour into a large greased casserole pan.
  3. Mix all topping ingredients together and crumble on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
