Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs and buttermilk
  3. Mix in dry ingredients
  4. Fold in crabapple, nuts, and orange slices
  5. Bake at 350º F for 45-50 minutes, or until done, in a greased and floured loaf pan(s).
  6. If desired, you can top with a mixture of with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. butter 15 minutes before done baking.
