Moist Banana Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 (8 oz) can canned pumpkin
  • 1 large mashed banana (or 1 1/2 small bananas)
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 cup milk (or 1/4 cup yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together sugars, oil and eggs.
  3. Add mashed banana, pumpkin, and milk (or yogurt).
  4. Mix dry ingredients together. Slowly add to wet ingredients, mixing as you go.
  5. Add nuts if desired.
  6. Pour into a greased loaf pan, leaving about an inch of room at the top.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
