Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta al dente.
  3. Saute garlic, onions, zucchini, and eggplant.
  4. Mix together cottage cheese, ricotta and Italian spices.
  5. Slice roma tomatoes.
  6. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer half of of each item -sauce, noodles, veggies, and cheese mixture, then repeat. Add sausage if desired. You may need two pans.
  7. Spray aluminum foil with pan spray, place over 9x13 pan and bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Free half of concoction.
