Spicy Tomato and Bean Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat a large pan with cooking spray.
  2. Heat and add the leek and garlic, stirring until the leek is soft.
  3. Add the tomatoes, carrot, chili and chicken stock.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce, butter beans and green beans and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  6. Stir through the chopped parsley before serving.
