  1. Pre heat oven to 350. In small bowl combine ketchup, sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients plus 1/3 cup of ketchup mixture. in shallow dish shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour; drain fat. pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf and bake 10 minutes longer.
