Maurice's Okra and Beef Curry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil (it should be a little bit more than what you would normally use).
  2. Fry onions.
  3. When slightly brown add curry leaves.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Fry until you see the oil coming to the top.
  6. Add spices, coconut powder and salt and keep frying adding a little water.
  7. Then add tomatoes and green coriander.
  8. When the tomatoes are cooked, add your beef or mutton.
  9. When the meat is tender, add the tamarind juice and okra and cook until the okra is done.
