Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 lb carrots
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut carrots
  2. Warm butter in pan
  3. Add carrots and cook until soft but still firm
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and stir to coat
