Directions:

  1. One does not need a egg milk batter if your stuffing is moist enough to hold the crumbs in place
  2. This recipe can be deep fried also for a more crispy texture
  3. I used my skillet to fry these
  4. Simply form your stuffing into desired size
  5. Roll in batter, then coating or simply roll in coating
  6. Pan fry or deep fry
  7. Drain on paper toweling
  8. Serve for breakfast, brunch or a side with a poultry meal
  9. Enjoy
