Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumbers an slice an then add 4 tab salt an let stand for 10 minutes an rinse then drain for about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix vinigar,sugar,water an olive oil an mix well.
  3. Pour over cucumbers
  4. An top with onions scliced or diced.
