  2. Add parsley, cloves, wine, and veggies to the mix.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add and cook until chicken is done.
  5. Prepare couscous when adding chicken.
  6. Top prepared couscous with the chicken scampi mixture.
