Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 1/2-3 tbsp peppercorns
  • 2 1/2 tbsp black salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp khatai, powder

Directions:

  1. Dry roast the whole ingredients in a pan.
  2. Cool, grind.
  3. Add in the salt and khatai powder.
  4. Mix well or grind once more.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
