Blueberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • ice cube , for serving
  • mint sprig, for serving

Directions:

  1. Place blueberries and sugar in a blender with a few teaspoons of water and puree. Place lemon juice and water in a large pitcher. Strain blueberry mixture into the pitcher and stir well.
  2. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint for garnish.
  3. You can also make this an adult friendly drink, by mixing with 2 ozs vodka per serving.
