This is a clone of the Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana soup, and closely matches it.
Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 white onion, diced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
10 cups water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lb potato, sliced
1/4 bunch kale
Directions:
1. Saute the sausage; drain and let cool.
2. Saute garlic, onion and red pepper flakes.
3. Add bouillon and water; boil.
4. Add potatoes, and cook until almost tender.
5. Add chopped kale, and sausage, and serve.
