Zucchini Satay Meatballs

Ingredients:
250 g minced beef
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
1/4 cup grated zucchini
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup kraft* crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vegemite
satay sauce, to serve
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
2. Shape into walnut sized balls.
3. Bake in a shallow, foil lined baking dish at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Serve with Satay Sauce.
