Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 lemon, juice of
4 zucchini, spiralized or cut into strips with veggie peeler
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
1. Blend or mash avocado & lemon juice together and pour over zucchini noodles.
2. Throw the rest of the ingredients in & toss. ENJOY!
