Zucchini Parmesan

Great as a side or appetizer, this dish is a summer favorite my mom used to make when we were kids. An excellent addition to a pasta dinner.
Ingredients:
3 zucchini (approx 1 1/2 pounds)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini into slices (1/4 inch thick) diagonally.
2. Dip one side only into melted butter, then parmesan, coating well.
3. Place into greased pan, cheese side up.
4. Sprinkle with salt and basil.
5. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for about 8 minutes until crispy.
