Ingredients:
2 zucchini, peeled
3/4 cup raw tahini
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 tablespoon cumin
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender or food processor. Serve w/pita chips or raw veggies.
