Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) butter, softened
1/2 cup(s) feta cheese
2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, minced
4-6 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 loaf(s) italian bread
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
4 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 tomato
1 zucchini, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Combine everything and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Spread butter on both sides of sliced bread and toast on skillet until lightly browned. Cut each slice in half and top with mixture.
