Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) applesauce
2 cup(s) bread flour
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) non-fat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) shredded zucchini
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar in the raw (can sub. brown sugar)
3/4 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) whole wheat graham flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) yeast
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in your bread maker in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select light Crust and 1 1/2 loaf.
3. If you see that the dough is too dry add 1Tbs of water at a time until it just starts to stick together. If you are using fresh zucchini you will use a little more water and less if frozen/thawed zucchini is used.
4. I have made chicken salad sandwhiches on this bread and it is so yummy. Let me know what you think!
