Zucchini Bars with Cinnamon Frosting

Ingredients:
1-3/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
3/4 cup(s) butter or stick margarine
3/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
1-1/2 tablespoon(s) melted butter
2-1/2 tablespoon(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) packed golden brown sugar
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 cup(s) shredded coconut
2 cup(s) unpeeled shredded zucchini
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Cream butter till light and fluffy. Add sugars gradually and then eggs one at a time, beating constantly. Add vanilla and stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in zucchini, coconut and nuts. Spread evenly in a greased 15"x9"x1-1/2" rimmed baking pan (jelly roll pan) or in a 9x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes (jelly roll pan) or longer (9x13). Cool on wire rack.
2. To frost, mix remaining ingredients until smooth and frost bars while warm.
3. Cut into bars (30 for jelly roll pan or fewer for 9x13 pan).
