Zucchini Bake

Tasty and great for sneaking in vegetables into your picky child's diet! It's good for breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner. Also as a snack! Haha.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups cheese, grated
1 cup self raising flour
150 g diced bacon
1 large onion, thickly diced
1 large zucchini, grated
1 large carrot, grated
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celcius (Not too sure about Fahrenheit sorry).
2. Mix the flour and salt and pepper until evenly distributed.
3. Add the eggs and oil and mix until completely smooth and non-oily looking.
4. Mix in the cheese, bacon, onion, and zuchinni and carrot until it's all mixed together thorougly.
5. Pour into a baking tray and pop into the oven, not covered.
6. It takes about 25-30minutes to fully cook, it'll be nicely browned on top when done, if it's not cooked fully it'll still be a touch gooey inside and although it still tastes ok - the texture isn't really that nice.
7. When cooked, let rest under a teatowel for 10minutes, and then slice :) I usually get 8 slices out of mine.
