Ingredients:
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 oz ham
1 1/2 oz turkey
1 1/2 oz swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce with chickpeas, mushrooms, and celery.
2. Dress, toss.
3. Add meat and cheese.
