Zippy Black Bean Wraps

I have really enjoyed it.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 1/2 cups low-fat cheese
1 cup chopped tomato
1 avocado, fresh
2 teaspoons lime juice (sprinkle as desired)
1/8 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse the black beans.
2. Cut avocado (rinse with tap water to keep from browning).
3. Pour beans into a medium microwave safe bowl, mash the beans then stir in mayonnaise and garlic powder.
4. Heat the bean mixture for about a minute in the microwave stirring once.
5. Spread the black beans on a tortilla then add avocado, cheese, tomatoes.
6. You can add the lime juice and sour cream as desired.
7. Also try salsa or hot sauce for a fun kick.
