Incredible artichoke dip. Tried and true. We love it and hope you do as well.
Ingredients:
6 medium artichokes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Trim stems from artichokes.
2. Lay each on its side and cut off 1” from top.
3. Trim off spiny tips of the leaves with scissors then wash under running water.
4. Stand the artichokes upright in a large saucepan and pour in water to a depth of 1”.
5. Simmer covered for 40 minutes.
6. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice until well mixed.
7. Serve artichokes with dip.
